TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
PRODUCTION:
The inner tank and outer casing are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The total primary surface area of the evaporator is laser-welded with Tripcold™ for maximum performance.
Inspection hatch with a sealed AISI 304 stainless steel cover.
Extra-thick thermal insulation made of environmentally friendly polyurethane foam.
Outlet slide valve.
Millimeter-diameter stainless steel measuring probe with a conversion table for measuring milk levels.
COOLING SYSTEM:
Frost-free cooling even at low fill levels. Direct expansion.
Available for 2, 4, and 6 milking systems, as well as robotic milking units and pre-cooling systems.
The unit can be installed outside the tank or as a compact unit.
WASHING:
Automatic washing system with the following features:
Low water and detergent consumption
Highly efficient rotating spray balls with a 360° radius
Stainless steel water pump
Water level control to maintain a constant, consistent amount.
Automatic detergent and acid selection using dosing pumps.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
Latest-generation XFIC electronic control system and/or FIPO 1 computerized milk management system manage all operations.
XFIC: With its user-friendly interface, it is an innovative data management solution. All information is recorded and accessible anywhere on the most common devices: PCs, tablets, and smartphones. FIPO 1: The standard system offers a variety of advanced functions related to cooling, milk temperature monitoring, rinsing, stirring, and data recording.
Power supply: three-phase 400 V, 50 Hz + neutral, or other voltages upon request.
24 V power supply for control and solenoid control.
