FRIGOMILK XFIC ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM
The latest generation electronic control and regulation system for Frigomilk milk coolers.
Available on all Frigomilk G9 breast pumps, starting at 12,000 liters, and optionally starting at 4,000 liters.
With over 50 years of successful experience in the global milk cooling market, FIC introduces the new XFIC electronic control and regulation system.
Features:
4.3-inch high-resolution screen, color graphics, and an easy-to-use interface for maximum ease of use and reliability.
The user can select the language.
Two operating levels:
For the installer: startup and maintenance (both scheduled and unscheduled).
For the end user: for normal and standard use of the milk cooler.
Display of the milk cooler’s operating status. Washing:
Maximum flexibility: choose from a variety of washing programs.
The amount of acid detergent and disinfectant is independent of each other.
The screen displays information about the individual stages of the selected wash program: the current stage and those in progress, as well as the temperature and run time.
Parameters can be easily and quickly programmed.
Suitable for all robotic milking systems, regardless of manufacturer.
Organize milk collection easily using a dedicated menu for the milk tanker driver.
Alarms:
The screen displays a warning message and an indication of the type of malfunction.
Option to transmit a general alarm to an external user.
Data storage:
Data is stored for up to 100 days (all events – all data).
The memory stores data on a first-in, first-out basis.
Option to create a daily graph. Temperature in pixels versus time.
Data can be downloaded to a PC using a USB drive.
Internet (optional): Internet connection for displaying the current tank operating status, data logging, and the ability to download saved data.
Ethernet: Visualization of milk cooler status and operating data, ability to control multiple milk coolers from a single control station.
Data dosing (optional): Built-in electronic metering system, milk quantity recording.
Updates: New software versions will be sent by FIC via email and can be quickly and easily installed using a USB stick.
Security: FIC saves the initial settings for each individual XFIC, as well as the settings for future updates.
