Description
NURSELAC is an automatic feeder designed for feeding reconstituted milk powder to various animal species, such as calves, lambs, and goats.
The machine automatically mixes milk with water in small quantities, achieving the desired dilution, temperature, and concentration.
The animal drinks the required amount of liquid through flexible nipples.
The machine includes a powder hopper, a water heater with adjustable temperature, a mixing bowl with holes for rubber nipples, and an agitator to ensure uniform mixing of water and powder.
The water heater is filled independently by a sensor-controlled solenoid valve. An adjustable thermostat maintains the desired water temperature.
As the animal suckles, the milk level in the bowl drops below the sensor (the bottom of the sensor is exposed), maintaining the adjusted concentration. This is a closed-loop process.
These cycles are repeated until the milk level in the bowl rises above the sensor level (the bottom of the sensor is again covered), that is, until the animal stops drinking.
When your animals begin drinking, they will receive feed in the concentration you selected and always at the optimal drinking temperature.
